A new year is here and with it comes all those New Year's resolutions that, sad to say, will only last a short time with little to no success. Of course the reasons behind this vary. Making changes that are to drastic, not being prepared, lack of time, the list goes on and on. The resolution that is made most often seems to be weight loss or to eat/live healthier. These resolutions especially seem to met with failure in the long run. Eventually, most people put back on the weight that they lost or turn back to their unhealthy habits. If you have set goals, what can help you to keep them? How about not just making a New Year's resolution, but a Forever Resolution.

Everyone's health journey and it's destination is unique!

What do I mean?

Think long-term when setting your goals and what it is that you want to accomplish and the reason behind it. Especially when it comes to your overall health and wellness. Setting achievable goals that you know you can accomplish can really boost your confidence and keep you even more focused on them. If you know that you are not so good at holding yourself accountable, why not get some help. Enlisting the assistance of a health coach could be just the thing you need to help you reach, exceed, and maintain your Forever Resolution(s). A health coach is like a personal trainer for your unique health and wellness journey. They help to educate, guide, and support you through the changes. Your personal health coach wants to see you succeed short-term, but are more interested in seeing you reach those Forever Resolutions.
